MethodSeason your lamb steaks well on both sides. Preheat your grill to high. Combine the oil, marmalade, Worcestershire sauce and sesame seeds and mix well. Brush on to the seasoned lamb steaks. Grill for 7-10 minutes on each side, being careful not to let the marinade catch. Remove from the grill and leave to rest for a couple of minutes. Prepare the salad on the plate and serve with the lamb.
2 large lean lamb shoulder or leg steaks or rumps
Salt and freshly milled black pepper
60ml/4tbsp orange marmalade
30ml/2tbsp Worcestershire sauce
15ml/1tbsp sesame seeds
