This is a photo of a prepared whole double breast being (5kg). We can prepare in any size required (see size guide in dropdown options). Our Christmas turkey breasts are boned from the whole turkey and are just the breast white meat (no legs). Terminology over the past decade (from supermarkets) has changed and they are referred to common/ often as Crowns! By default we will prepare these wrapped in streaky bacon as the meat is very lean and this helps baste the outside. Take a look at the number of servings required in the drop down menu to give you a guide and remember to allow for cold servings in addition too for Boxing Day etc….
