Striploin of Beef is a boned out Sirloin XX. Sirloin XX refers to the same primal but with a Sirloin XX is left on the bone. Striploin of Beef is a large boneless muscle of beef found in the hindquarter. It is the muscles running down both side of the spine on the animals back. It is tender and full of flavour & is used for steaks and roasting joints. Though it is not one of the cheapest cuts, it is certainly one of the best and most well-known.
