We make all our Sausages by hand using Pork from Farmer Nigel Tope near Dartmouth & Justin Uglow near Holsworthy. We (Steve) makes on a daily basis, all by hand using natural casings – Hogs casings for large sausages & sheep casings are used for the chipolatas, cocktails & cumberland rings. As well as our biggest selling plain pork sausages in standard size (6 per lb), chipolatas (12 per lb) & cocktail (18-22 per lb) sizes we also do over 20 varieties of speciality sausages. When purchasing 4.5kg (10lb) of sausages we can tie to your liking eg as 6’s, chipolatas, cocktails or cumberland rings (see drop down options). Enjoy!
