Beef Sirloin Steak is a versatile, tender & tasty steak & is our biggest seller! It’s a steak which you can grill, fry or BBQ for a memorable meal.  Beef Sirloin Steak is leaner than Ribeye Steak and will need resting to relax after cooking. We dry age all our Sirloins on the bone for 21 days and more before boning them out for steaks and joints. BBQ Apple and Mustard Centre Cut Rump Steaks

A simple BBQ recipe for centre cut beef steaks marinated in fresh apple juice, thyme, mustard and seasoning. They cook in under 15 minutes on a prepared barbecue or preheated grill.
