Beef Braising Steak is a cut that needs to be braised or slow cooked in Casseroles & Stews. Not suitable for a steak meal! Left in steak form to either dice yourself or braise as they are. Usually cut from the Top Rump muscle or Leg of Mutton Cut (LMC) Please see our recipes section below for recipe ideas & also our Farmers details where our Beef is from this week.
