Marmalade Lamb

20 minute, simple meal for two. Lamb shoulder or rump steaks grilled and glazed with sticky marmalade and sesame seeds.

Method

Season your lamb steaks well on both sides. Preheat your grill to high.

Combine the oil, marmalade, Worcestershire sauce and sesame seeds and mix well. Brush on to the seasoned lamb steaks. Grill for 7-10 minutes on each side, being carfeul not to let the marinade catch. Remove from the grill and leave to rest for a couple of minutes. 

Prepare the salad on the plate and serve with the lamb.
