Eating goose at Christmas & Easter has a long tradition in Britain. It’s an ideal bird for festive family meals because it’s larger than all but the biggest turkey and its flavour is rich and full. Karen’s & Tims geese are traditionally reared on the farm. They are fed on all natural foods - grass, corn and straw - containing no additives or growth promoters.
