Traditionally, turkeys were mainly reared for the Christmas market but today they are increasingly popular and produced throughout the year. Both Mark and John are experienced turkey breeders and their turkeys are traditionally reared in large, open-sided barns with natural light and ventilation, and are fed a GM free diet.
