Honey-Glazed Sausages with Baked Vegetables

With a potato peeler, peel the lemon rind into 1cm wide strips.
Place the sausages, vegetables and garlic in a roasting tin, and pour a mixture of the mustard, honey and the juice of the lemon over them. Sprinkle with the rosemary and lemon rind, and season.
Cook in the oven at 180oC (gas mark 4-5, 375oF) until the sausages are brown and the vegetables have cooked.
Serve with steamed, fresh, seasonal green vegetables.
