Pork steaks with mushrooms
(Serves: 4)
Preparation Time: 15 minutes
Cooking Time: 15 minutes
Fry your steaks in a hot pan for a few minutes on each side (depending on thickness), then remove from the pan, wrap in foil and allow to rest.
Fry the onions and mushrooms in a little oil until soft, then stir in the mustard, remove from the heat and stir in the cream. Season.
Place each steak on a plate, pour over the mushroom mixture, then serve with small roast potatoes and fresh green vegetables.
