Toad in the Hole
(Serves: 4)
Preparation Time: 15 minutes
Cooking Time: 45 minutes
Preheat your oven to 200C then bake your sausages in a little oil in a baking dish for 10 minutes.
While the sausages are cooking, whisk the remaining ingredients together until smooth.
Take the sausage dish out of the oven, quickly pour the batter around the sausages, then return to the oven for 35 minutes until risen and brown.
