Pork Steaks with Mustard and Brown Sugar

Cooking Time: 20 mins
If you’re a fan of fast, easy and tasty, this is the recipe for you!
All you do is lay the steaks on a sheet of foil, spread mustard over them, sprinkle each with a tablespoon of brown sugar, pat the sugar into the mustard, and grill for 10 minutes until the sugar caramelises.
Then, turn the steaks, repeat the process and they’re done!
Serve with fresh, steamed seasonal vegetables - and enjoy!
