Drycure Back Bacon
Drycure Back Bacon cured & produced by our own Butchers. We use our own unique sweetcure secret recipe for great taste and it doesnt shrink like 'normal wet cured bacon'! We cut it thicker and you don't get any of the 'white liquid' out of the bacon when you cook it because it is dry cured (like bacon used to be!) A top selling product.
