Gribble’s Butchers
Staff training
As part of our on-going commitment to staff training and customer service, we are putting all the staff working in our butchers shops through their NVQ in butchery via the Duchy College in Cornwall.
This will take each staff member somewhere between 6 and 12 months to complete, and represents a major investment in time and effort for everyone involved. However, everyone at Gribble’s can see that this will make working at Gribble’s more rewarding for our staff, and make shopping at Gribble’s a better experience for our customers.
