Beef
Best Quality Devon Beef. At Gribble’s we only use the best quality beef, sourced form a small number of West Country farmers personally known by us who specialise in a variety of rare and native breeds. All our beef is traditionally reared and hung for a minimum of 3 weeks to improve flavour and tenderness.
Chicken
First-Class West Country. Chicken It’s healthy, it’s tasty and it’s versatile. With our selection of farm-fresh, free-range and corn-fed chicken products – all farmed locally in accordance with the highest standards of animal welfare using traditional, non-intensive methods – we have something to suit every taste and every budget.
Duck, Goose & Turkey
Delectable Duck, Goose and Turkey. Our ducks, geese and turkeys are traditionally reared and fed a natural diet to ensure outstanding flavour.
Gammon & Bacon
Flavoursome Bacon and Gammon. Perennial favourites, and with so much more to offer than just the traditional English cooked breakfast. We dry cure all our own smoked & unsmoked back bacon and gammon joints in [a mix of salt, sugar and spices] to ensure full-flavoured taste. Delicious.
Lamb
Award-winning South Hams Lamb. Gribble’s lamb is, without doubt, some of the best in the UK. Sourced from suppliers whose land lies adjacent to the Dart Estuary, the salty pastures on which the pedigree lambs feed give the meat a distinctive and truly delicious taste.
Pork
Succulent West Country Pork. Fed on a diet of Whey from Ticklemore Cheese giving the Pork that extra special taste. Our West Country pork is traditionally reared in accordance with the highest welfare standards and, with just the right ratio of fat to lean, is guaranteed to provide tasty meat with lovely crisp crackling.
Sausages
Outstanding Sausages. At Gribble’s, we are famous for our sausages. With over 50 types to choose from, there’s something for everyone, from traditional pork and leek to luxurious wild boar and juniper berry to exotic spicy Thai. All are freshly made by hand on our premises, using only the finest quality cuts of meat, and taste delicious. With our choice of our freshly homemade burgers on offer too, BBQ’s will never become boring!
Veal
Mouthwatering Veal and Smoked Produce. Veal has a close texture and is an attractive light pink coloured meat with a delicate and subtle flavour. Ours is produced by specially selected farmers who adhere to the very highest standards of animal husbandry, feeding, welfare and transportation.
